Build a career, not a string of jobs
We are a third-generation family mechanical contractor doing institutional work in San Diego — hospitals, laboratories, federal facilities and central plants. If you want to learn the hard end of this trade from people who have done it for decades, talk to us.
The work is harder. That’s the appeal.
Our crews replace chiller plants inside working hospitals, weld process piping in GMP suites and cut over air handlers over a single weekend. If you want to do work that requires real skill and gets documented, this is that shop.
Prevailing wage work, steady backlog
Most of our work is institutional, federal and healthcare, which means prevailing wage scales and a backlog that does not evaporate when the residential market turns.
Real training, paid for
Factory training, ASME welding procedure qualification, ASSE 6010 medical gas certification, OSHA 30, controls manufacturer training and apprenticeship support.
Benefits that hold up
Medical, dental and vision coverage, retirement contribution, paid time off and holidays, and premium pay for after-hours emergency rotation.
Low turnover, on purpose
We have journeymen who have been here most of their careers, working on plants they installed. That is the point — it makes us better, and it means you can build a career here rather than a stint.
Who we’re hiring
We hire year-round for field trades and take applications for office roles whether or not a seat is open at this moment.
